TEAM Formula |

|
The team at the University of Houston is a reincarnation of the very first Formula SAE team ever. UH was the founding university of this event under the name SAE Mini Indy in 1979. The event name changed to Formula SAE in 1981. In 1984 the University of Houston won the Formula SAE championship. Now the team is back, stronger than ever, with great passion to resurrect their competitive presence. |

All of the team members are seniors in the University of Houston Mechanical Engineering Technology Program. The senior design course of this program is currently hosting several interesting projects including hybrid and air-powered vehicles, a human powered submarine and more.
